First of all, let me say “minal aidin wal faidzin” to you all, lovelies ☺

To me, this year’s Eid is amazing. Amongst those amazing things that happened to me since Monday, the fact is, I have received around 100-and-so Happy Eid text messages up to now!

Wow. That was just fantastic. It’s better than best! I mean, I’m not a famous person—not even close. 50 SMS is too kind. Can you imagine how it feels when the numbers go to 100?

Awesome! ☺

I was astonished yet afraid that I have accidentaly missed replying some messages. So, if you feel like I haven’t respond to yours, please forgive me. I didn’t mean to. Seriously.

Anyway, have a wonderful Eid-il-Fitr, silent soulers! May peace lead us to our own humble glory, always. And remember that a genuine smile is another form of prayer ☺

We tend to shape our memories of them based on the limited time we spend with them—and our memories of them, over time, will be replaced with one single word, one single interaction, or one single feeling.
Beradadisini Love Letter to Self
I took up a personal journaling project this week: writing a love letter to myself before bed. I work on a thin A6-size handmade paper journal I got from a paper artist, Els. The journal is thin and small enough, so it doesn't overwhelm me. It feels like I am only going to work on a small project.

Standing up for yourself does not have to look aggressive. It does not have to feel like a fight. It's not always about convincing others or explaining yourself and your decisions with the hope that everyone else understands or accepts your choice.
